G1-255 Blazer

I hope I remembered its code correctly. If not I'm sorry, dear Saku :c

Hey there, what's good? It's always Skar here.

Today I'll share some pics of the one which I assume is the first "seriously" customized kit I've ever done.
I bought putty for the first time to deal with this little buddy.
I used parts from:
AGE FX, AGE-2 DB, G-Bouncer and 00 Raiser.

Kitbash, some modding with the help of putty and there it is, the G1-255 Blazer.
No backstory for this, just because it's a work-in-progres history I'm helping in writing right now.

Enough talking. Enjoy some pics, now.

Some WIP. 

Here I was starting to see how putty looked on dat face, trying to craft a decent mask.

This one looked ok so I proceeded.

 

And there is the final product. I am very happy with how it turned out. Exactly as I had it in my mind.
Except for one thing.

It needed an epic sword. So there it is. Two Unicorn shields, Sazabi's sword, some C Funnels from AGE FX and blades from an extra weapon set from Kotobukiya. Slap it all together, seal it with putty and then paint it and that's it.

You might be wondering why 00 is holding the sword and why there are no pics of the sword + Blazer together. Well that's because by the time I made the sword, I didn't have the Blazer anymore. And that's because it was a gift for a very good friend of mine. And same goes for the sword. If I still had it I would have taken a lot of pictures by now, but this is all I have.
